Inside the Bed & Breakfast you can eat food, but it is forbidden to smoke, for those who want it, you can smoke on the balconies or in the garden where you can enjoy the ashtray outside and at the entrance to the B & B.

It is absolutely forbidden to enter unregistered persons. Each guest, upon his arrival in the facility, must provide a valid identity document for reasons of public security.

The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms is carried out every day from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm, so at that time the rooms must be left free to allow entry to the staff.

Children can move within the structure, but always under the supervision of their parents. Pets are not allowed to be disturbed by other guests and must always be kept on a leash.

It is compulsory to observe the rest of the other guests, keeping the absolute silence at timetable from 22.00 to 08.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00.

Guests are also invited to pay close attention to the closing of doors and windows, in order to avoid thefts in the rooms. The House of Mirò does not respond to any subtraction of values or objects of any kind.

Guests are required to carefully care about the keys they entrust to them: in case of loss or theft, for security reasons, La Casa di Mirò will be forced to change all the locks, with a charge to the guest of the full cost Of work.

Reservations can be made by mail or by phone: confirmation will be sent by mail, together with the details to pay an advance payment of the stay via bank transfer or Postepay. The deposit is equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay: in case of cancellation of the reservation, it must be made within one week of the date booked, otherwise the deposit will be deducted. The reservation will be accepted only if accompanied by the details of the payment. The balance will be paid on the spot.
